These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website and participating in our classes, events and services. By booking or attending a class, you agree to these terms.

2. Class Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking platform.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Classes

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class may be rescheduled or refunded depending on your booking option.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.

Events / Workshops

  • Cancellation terms may differ and will be stated on the event page.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Health & Safety

  • By attending a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.
  • You agree to listen to your body, work within your limits and follow the instructor’s guidance.
  • You must inform the instructor of any injuries, health concerns or conditions that may affect your practice.
  • We are not liable for injuries arising from your participation unless caused by our negligence.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage that occurs during or after a class.
  • You participate at your own risk.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the class or service.

6. Gift Cards, Passes & Credits

  • Validity periods will be stated at the time of purchase.
  • Passes and credits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

7. Website Use

  • You may not use this website for unlawful purposes.
  • All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Classes or Schedule

We reserve the right to:

  • Change instructors
  • Modify class times or styles
  • Cancel classes when necessary

In such cases, you will be offered a refund or credit.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
