I’m Tiffany, a yoga teacher in Adelaide helping ambitious people slow down, reconnect and remember who they are beyond their busy everyday lives.

Yoga is so much more than the practice on your mat. It is about creating space to breathe and reconnect with parts of yourself you’ve been too busy to notice. I believe you can be ambitious and grounded, career-focused and spiritual, busy and calm, successful and still searching for more. 

You don’t have to choose either or. You can have both and allow yourself to explore what this will look like.

About me

For years, I moved through life checking boxes, trying out a career in different industries, different countries even, while always knowing deep down the 9-5 office life wasn’t for me.

Yoga was my constant. It shaped how I showed up, how I processed stress, how I stayed connected to myself even when everything else felt chaotic.

In 2023, I completed my yoga teacher training in southern Spain and moved to Australia to turn this passion into my purpose. Now, I teach yoga and mindfulness in Adelaide, creating spaces where people can slow down, tune in, and reconnect.

My approach blends movement, breathwork, and real-life experiences. My goal is to introduce you to practices that help you feel more like yourself.
