Hi there, nice to meet you! My name is Tiffany, I am a yoga teacher and a public speaker.  I love teaching people how to elevate every aspect of their lives, whether that is through yoga practice, mindset motivation or sharing my story. Are you ready to learn more?

About

Over the course of my career, I have gathered experience across industries and countries, but I quickly realized that I wanted to do more than work a 9-5 job. Yoga has been my passion for a long time, so I decided to pursue an impulse and get my yoga teacher license in the beginning of 2023.

Since then, I haven’t looked back and have embarked on a wild rollercoaster of experiences. I now live in Australia where I host my weekly yoga classes and share
